年節禮盒首選!紫東堂與台灣的凱亞養殖場合作! 用來自溯源產銷履歷的烏魚,養殖過程堅持不用藥養殖!製作過程中捕撈魚後先放血處理再取卵,清除血絲,以確保無腥味!希望您每口吃得安心以及美味!

產品特色:
遵循古法,不添加色素與防腐劑,手作薄鹽處理,在防蚊蟲的溫室製作,因薄鹽所以製作工時比正常多一倍時程,確保賞味品質!

烹調重點:
1.平底鍋料理法:
可用少許油(不用油也行)直接將烏魚子放入鍋中小火烘烤3~5分鐘,過程需壓一壓。
2.烤箱料理法:
將烏魚子放入高梁酒中泡30秒,擦乾後放入烤箱約3~5分鐘
